1. How to evaluate the quality of diamond micro powder

(1) the strength of diamond material raw materials should be high, and diamonds produced by large manufacturers such as Zhongnan, Yellow River, as raw materials. The better the quality of diamond micro powder, the better the abrasion resistance and cutting force, which is the micro-powder made in the market that is commonly said in the market. The micro-powder made from the low process materials produced by small manufacturers, the abrasion resistance and cutting force are relatively poor, which is generally referred to as the micro powder made of green materials, but the green micro-powder is suitable for low -end resin bond products , cheap price. When non -metallic materials such as crystals and zircon, good quality powder should be used. The micro-powder with poor quality has no cutting force and the convex marks on the surface cannot be grinded, so it is not easy to light up.

(2) The size and content of coarse particles should be strictly controlled. Rough particles should be controlled in the scope specified in national standards, the less the better. Those who are greater than coarse particles are large particles, which can easily cause workpieces to scratch. This must not be available.

(4) The shape of the particles. Good micropower has a better effect in polishing. It has a good application effect in block, polygonal corners, multi -blade, and low magnetic high -strength micro powder in diamond plating. 2. How to judge the strength of the micro powder and the cutting force that it has

Coarse micro diamond abrasive powder is easier to judge, good micro powder under the microscope, transparency is good, its core is transparent, surrounded by black edge outline, bad micro powder, the whole is black; Ultra-fine powder refers to the micro powder with particle size less than 1.5 μm, which needs to be immersed in the tar with an objective lens for observation and amplification of 1600 times. Conventional glycerin sample preparation is not easy to observe and easy to aggregate. The quality of ultrafine powder can be distinguished from imaging, but it needs more practice and observation. There is also an advanced method, which is to use the differential thermal analysis instrument made in Germany to judge the initial oxidation temperature of the micro powder. Because the price of the instrument is relatively expensive, it is unfavorable to popularize in industrial production.
