New Product –Silicon Coating Diamond

3% coating percent Si coating is special for Saw Grit Diamond of vacuum sintering tools.

The Si Coated Saw Grit diamond can bear high temperature even 1050 degree Celsius. Si has lower specific weight than Co. Si can react with C in the diamond and forms into SiC. SiC is with good hardness and good dissipation. When the user makes tools with Si coated diamond, Si can react with any type of metal without percentage requirement.
